Specific Work and Rates

Editing rates are determined by a variety of factors, including subject matter, manuscript length, complexity and quality, and the type of editing required. I charge by the hour for most projects, however, for writing full feature articles and longer projects I charge according to word count, this includes research.

£450 per 1000 words + expenses

Writing Press Releases
£35/hr (usually around 2 hours including time on phone with client + approval)
Distribution of Press Releases
£50 standard charge

Rewriting/Copy-editing
£35/hr

Proofreading
£25/hr

For rush rates (less than three days), add 20%.
